Training - Terms and Conditions
Booking & Registration: To reserve your place at one of our
seminars, please fill in and return the booking form to Seminar Bookings, TPP Law
Limited, 53 Great Suffolk Street, London SE1 or fax back to 020 7620 0778. Alternatively
please visit our on-line booking and payment facility at www.tpplaw.co.uk/training.
The fee for attendance at one of our seminars is clearly indicated on each seminar
programme. The seminar fee usually includes refreshments and all course materials
unless otherwise stated.
The organisers reserve the right to
change the programme content, timings or venue and to decline bookings where they
are not in line with course objectives.
Should you book but do
not attend we reserve the right to invoice you a nominal administration fee of £15
plus VAT unless we have been notified in advance by writing by at least two weeks, we cannot be held responsible for transport disruption or
industrial action which delays your arrival. delegates may be substituted at any
time.
By registering you accept the terms
and conditions herein. Bookings represent a binding contract under English law upon
receipt. Seminar organised by TPP Law Limited. Registered in England. Company No.

Payment Methods: Cheque made payable to TPP Law Limited and sent
to our registered office. Credit or Debit Card payments welcome via our on-line
web payment facility via our training or publication page or by telephoning Chantall
on 020 7620 0888.
A transaction charge will
be applied for payments made by debit or credit card. Bank transfer quoting associated booking reference number to The
Cooperative Bank, Account Name TPP Law Limited, Account Number 69118603, Sort Code
089299 .
A VAT invoice will be sent to you on receipt of payment. Payment must be received
before attending the event otherwise refusal of attendance may be permitted.
Delivery:
A standard charge of £3.50 + VAT will be applied for packaging + delivery of publication
orders.
Cancellation Policy: A full
refund (less a £15 handling charge) is available for cancellations receiving in
writing by letter, fax or email no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. If a cancellation
is made after this date no refund is payable, but delegates may be substituted at
any time.
