Assistant Solicitor

Before joining The Projects Partnership in March 2007, Tarmina trained at Bevan Brittan LLP, and then held a position in the contracts legal team at Camden Borough Council.

Tarmina has experience not only in local authority and procurement matters but has been involved in a number of large nationwide PFI projects such as Building Schools for the Future and NHS Lift.

Tarmina’s earlier experience involved working for a variety of local authorities on PFI projects and outsourcing of contracts, together with assisting in the transferring of local authority and trust properties on a variety of regeneration projects.

In December 2007 and January 2008 Tarmina successfully assisted in closing the BSF standard Design and Build Contracts for the Stockwell Park and the Elmgreen school (the first Parent Promoter Foundation school in the country).

Tarmina is currently working on the establishment of social enterprises to outsource local authority education and leisure functions and NHS health services together with working on the Lambeth BSF project, a £200m procurement of new Local Education Partnerships and the Ealing BSF project, a £250 million procurement of new local Education Partnerhips.

BA Hons (2:1) in English and Politics from Oxford Brookes University.

Post Graduate Diploma in Law and The Legal Practice Course (Corporate Pathway) at The College of Law, London.
