The Support Team

Jayne Hughes is the firm's Practice Manager and she heads up the Support Team at The Projects Partnership. Jayne has worked for leading london law firms in a variety of roles and most recently specialising in legal information technology. She has extensive experience of Microsoft applications, time and document management, contact management and financial systems software. Holding positions as IT helpdesk manager, training manager, capital budget manager and business development, she has extensive experience of the workings of law practices and project management.

Jayne is closely supported by Chetna Chudasama, Practice Administrator, Chantall Kitoko, Financial Administrator, Mujgan Zeki Assistant Practice Administrator and Nikki Wheeler, Receptionist/Front of House.

Christine Mayhew is Group PA to the fee earning team and is supported by Zhana Alanyo, Group Administrator. Christine brings to the team a vast range of secretarial skills, transaction management and diary management skills.

In just under six months of the The Projects Partnership being established, Jayne with the assistance of her team directed the firm to its achievement of Lexcel, the Law Society's quality Mark for practice management. Since then they have played a key role in assisting the firm achieve the National Standard for Investors in People and re-accreditation with Lexcel under the new 2004 Standard.

The support  team play a key role in assisting the directors and fee earners by providing support on major commercial transactions. The team provide secretarial, diary and case management support. They have successfully upgraded the firm's IT infrastructure and the implementation of a case management system "Amicus Attorney" and transfer of the firm's accounting system to PCLaw (which are both Law Society recommended products). In January 2007 they successfully installed a new telephone system with Voicemail and VOIP capabilities.  More recently they have successfully moved the Projects Team to new offices which included the re-design and re-modeling of existing work areas. They team are currently assisting with the on-going development of the firm's know-how and library systems.
