Robert Austin

Consultant - Senior Assistant Solicitor
Robert Austin provides support on all aspects of company commercial and commercial
property transactions. Robert has over 17 years experience in the company commercial
and commercial property fields.
He was formerly a partner at leading Thames Valley firms Willmett & Co and Horsey
Lightly. Since 2001, Robert has been a consultant solicitor to Oxfordshire County
Council and West Oxfordshire District Council working on a wide variety of contracts,
partnership projects and associated legal issues.
Robert
has substantial experience in acting for clients in both the private and
public sector. He has dealt with a number of projects across a wide variety of sectors
including, health and social care, transport, leisure, support services and community
regeneration. He has been involved in negotiating complex lease structures for new
developments, project agreements and other related documentation.
His experience also includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for the
transfer of day centres including the pension and TUPE related issues.
Robert also has experience in drafting and negotiating transport management contracts
for a highways project and a variety of contracts for outsourced IT systems. |
