Senior Solicitor

Before joining the Projects Partnership as a Senior Assistant Solicitor, Peter previously held positions as Principal Solicitor with the London Borough of Redbridge, Partner with Travers Smith Braithwaite and Assistant Solicitor/Associate with Herbert Smith. He was made an Associate Director of The Projects Partnership in April 2007.

Peter has broad experience in company commercial and property law. His recent work includes major property disposals for redevelopment and a variety of regeneration, housing, leisure, schools, ICT and community care projects in the local authority sector. His experience will be applied to assisting with complex property, construction and corporate issues.

Peter’s earlier experience involved working for a wide variety of commercial clients including banks and financial institutions, property developers, property investors, manufacturing and service businesses, private equity financiers and public bodies.

Peter is currently working on and managing the disposal of 18 surplus schools sites, the creation of a sports village for local authorities, the reprovisioning of a number of care homes under partnership arrangements between a care provider, a housing association and a County Council, and the launch of a local authority controlled regeneration Company.
