Before
joining The Projects Partnership, Pav worked as a Commercial Solicitor in the Legal
Services Department at the London Borough of Richmond, where she also trained and
qualified as a Solicitor.
Before joining the London Borough
of Richmond Pav worked as an in-house legal advisor
for Winkworth Franchising
Limited where she advised the Chairman and Board of Directors
on corporate matters and commercial disputes.
Pav has experience not only in local authority and procurement matters but has been
involved in planning and property-related transactions which has also included a number of regeneration projects. She has also advised on a variety of commercial
agreements and property related queries and disputes.
Recently, Pav has been advising on the re-tendering of the London Borough of Richmond’s
building cleaning services as well as various other procurement projects where she
advised on
specifications, tender packs and correct procurement procedures. She
also assisted them with a large riverside re-development
project which involved dealing with queries and advice
on property and planning queries and disputes, as
well as advising on Local Government powers and providing general contract advice.
Pav is currently providing support and input on two major BSF schemes, and advises
on a range of procurement and property related matters on a range of PPP schemes
handed by the Company.
She is also providing support and advising on healthcare related social enterprises,
including Industrial and Provident Societies.
Pav is also assisting in commercial and property matters related to a large care
partnership project.
