Melanie Taylor is a consultant solicitor who handles all aspects of
property law affecting development and PPP projects: including leases, planning
issues and investigation of title.
Melanie previously held senior positions with London firms handling complex property
development, commercial leases and secured lending work for major funders.
She has undertaken a wide variety of property work in the context of innovative
and complex partnership projects and is skilled in finding practical solutions to
common problems which occur, such as rights of way issues, access and boundary disputes.
She is particularly experienced in handling disposals and acquisitions of property
by charities.
Melanie also has experience in business acquisition, partnership matters and employment issues. Now she undertakes work for select corporate and charity clients, as well as her projects work with us. |
