Paralegal
David joined the team at The
Projects Partnership in November 2007 and is keen to apply his skills and knowledge
in the context of Public Private Partnerships and Private Finance Initiatives. He
is responsible for undertaking research tasks
on behalf of clients and drafting and amending legal documents and attending client
meetings to assist directors and assistant solicitors where necessary.
David has been assisting with the review of commercial contracts for London’s first
BSF Scheme on behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth. This is a £200m procurement
of the new Local Education Partnership which includes the First Parent Promoter
Foundation School in the Country. His work has also involved researching client options
for social enterprise structures.
He is currently advising on the form of appointment documents for a number of national
projects covering various construction consultancy services.
David has been undertaking a wide variety of general legal support tasks to assist
members of the legal team across the firm. He plays a particular role in the research,
preparation and development of the firm’s tender documents.
David completed his LPC at Manchester Metropolitan University
early in 2007. David
Graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2006 after
completing his Master's Degree in Law. Before that David completed his Bachelor's
degree in Law at the University of Leicester.
