Before
joining The Projects Partnership, Pav worked as a Commercial Solicitor in the Legal
Services Department at The London Borough of Richmond.
Pav also trained at The London Borough of Richmond. Before joining The London Borough
of Richmond Pav also worked in a senior contracts role for Winkworth Franchising
Limited and before that as a legal administrator with Haringey Council.
Pav has experience not only in local authority and procurement matters but has been
involved in planning and property-related transactions which has also included a number of regeneration projects.
Pav has been advising on a variety of contracts, agreements, deed of variation,
specifications, property related queries and disputes.
Recently, Pav has been advising on the re-tendering of the London Borough of Richmond’s
building cleaning services and assisted them with a large riverside re-development
project which involved general contract advice and dealing with queries and advice
on property queries and disputes.
