Trainee Solicitor
Anjli joined the team at The Projects Partnership in June 2007 and is keen to apply her skills and knowledge in the context
of Public Private Partnerships and Private Finance Initiatives. She is responsible
for undertaking research tasks on behalf of clients and drafting and amending legal
documents and attending client meetings to assist directors and assistant solicitors
where necessary.
Anjli has been assisting with the process
of disposal of a number of former school sites surplus to educational requirements
following a school reorganisation involving the largest schools partnership contract
entered into by Northamptonshire County Council.
Anjli’s work has included assisting
in preparation for a landowners objection to an application for registration of
a Town or Village Green. She also recently
set up a Community Interest Company for a group of health care professionals. She
is currently dealing with a trademark application and various employment matters.
Anjli has been assisting in the reprovisioning of a number of care homes under partnership
arrangements between a care provider, housing association and a County Council.
Anjli has helped to prepare a lease for a coffee shop within a leisure centre owned
by Tendring District Council and has been undertaking a wide variety of general legal support tasks to assist member of the legal team across the firm.
Anjli graduated from the College of Law in the early summer of 2007 having completed the Legal Practice Course. Anjli began the LPC after graduating from Brunel University with an LLB Law degree with Professional Development. |
